Thanks Shads . . . everyone needs to make up their own mind. I was a direct witness, so for me there is no question. But many members on this thread are new. They haven't followed for over a year. They haven't read my 100's of posts to get a read of whether they can trust my sincerity.

And so, they need to read it for themselves . . .

The first historical public confirmation of alien interaction by a senior US Intelligence official, happened here. How senior? Presidential advisory level!

There is a prelude as the sources have to be taken into account. Jake Reason (real name Richard Davis) was one of the 2 set-up witnesses, and 'ivo5000' was the actual receiver of the telephone call.

Raj, (and others interested) if you do nothing else, read this and the following few pages. . . .

As I recall, the only relevant, cited statement by <RP> was an acknowledgement that he 'knows Dan Smith and believes that Smith is sane enough to shop at a 7/11'. And so? And while that tenor of testimony may have been enough to convict Alger Hiss I'm not sure that it is germane to the 'disclosure' discussion per se- except to the extent that it appeals to the little Richard Nixon laying dormant next to our hearts like a worm. Show me the pumpkin papers! hahahaha

Being a 'presidential advisor' (if in fact he truly is one) is not a qualification that is predictive of quality advice. I only need to cite a few here to prove my point: Henry Kissinger, Karl Rove, H.R. Haldeman and on and on. You really needed to trot out another one?

Some problems I have with mufon Steve and mufon, he makes statements, deletes them, blames his bosses. Comes back to try and hijack raj to make more statements. He could of just set back and read this thread. Then, he deletes his membership? Something not right there, imo.

No MUFON, seems there have been reports in the past that have been extraordinary. But were hushed up or just not "cataloged. This was stated by a former MUFON volunteer from (NH?) on one of the shows being presented on UFO (History Channel or National Geographic Channel).

I wonder now a days if MUFON has been somehow "told" by other PTB to watch what they report or else. Seems MUFON has been filled with debunker's, always looking for a way to call it hoax instead of taking it a little more serious. Not everything is swamp gas!

All of this is imo of course, but still....... come on.

Hi Dragonfire,

Feels very sad when I read your above commentary regarding MUFON.

I used to be a member of this well-established organization years ago.

Now it is saturated with debunkers...what a pity indeed.

No wonder Raj has not reappeared on our forum.

Could he be held at ransom by the scheming debunkers in MUFON...?

Appreciate greatly your information, pal.

Thanks,
Greatwaller ;D

Something is wrong here, and we need to understand it more clearly. It seems to hinge upon how the photos were associated with the mufon report. Can we find out how that came about precisely?

at this point, having seen what i'd call "sloppy" work by mufon on this story, it may be necessary to remove them from the equation.

does mufon ever gather reports posted elsewhere on the web and re-post them to mufon's database or is it strictly a place for witnesses to report their sightings?

well done on getting a detailed chronology set up.

Hi GW,

At one time in the early day's, I think MUFON was doing a fine job recording and cataloging sightings and gathering information. But recently, in the past (10 yrs?) have digressed to a form of "Blue Book" analysis. Too bad really, they are well known. Where else would one go to report what they saw? Now the Internet seems a much more viable place to go. If only contact could be made easier with the person/persons reporting.

Well enough rambling, now back to the Raj/Chad show.........

Mufon was compromised long ago, and a lot of their research in the past couple of decades is questionable. Or worse. They do have, however, that network of investigators alluded to in their name. While the quality of the individual investigator seems to run the gamut from bright and resourceful to, well, deadwood, they are very numerous. There is one who lives within an easy drive of where I sit, and all too often it seems I am in the exact geographic center of nowhere!

Yeah, the problem is at the top of the food chain there, I have determined, in my 45 minutes of "research" over the years! I think even an interview, in person, by a random sample of Mufon's volunteer staff, is better than nothing. I am old enough to be very suspicious of all this virtual reality, as a matter of principle. Not everything done by Mufon is terrible, and lots of good people are involved, in ways that do not include sitting in front of a computer with a fast connection.

For some fascinating listening, I heartily recommend the Faded Discs series by Wendy Connors. Google that, buy a cd or two, and listen to the actual people involved in some landmark cases from way back when. It gives a whole different perspective, and the donations you make to get the discs go to preserving more of that sort of history.

man, I've got to log on more often. 100 pages is a lot of discussion to wade through.
I see Raj has stopped by but did not notice anyone asking Exactly Where this pole is located ( street address, at the corner of. etc.). I cant help but feel this is critical info to have.
Raj, if you are still reading, please confirm address of the telephone pole in your photos.
Also, I e-mailed the news director of the local (Capitola) N.B.C. affilliate two weeks ago asking for any info on unusual aerial stuff but no response. Anybody suprised?
@ Admin, Has the I.P. address issue been settled with any finality?

It seems to me that Mufon and LMH are sitting on some potentially valuable IP address data. I wonder if there is any way of acquiring that, say by admin here or some other trustworthy party. That could settle the matter, after all.

Hi Dragonfire/DoubleNoughtSpy;

Thank you both for filling me in (insights) regarding the affairs of MUFON.

As time changes, so could an organization and the people who man it, no doubt about it.

Perhaps it may take more than sufficient encouragment to get our friend Raj back on the track to tell us more about himself and the stranger aerial object (SAO).

By the way, enjoy a balmy weekend and do check back from time to time, please.

Cheers,
Greatwaller ;D

Not being well versed in the art of evaluating IPs, I'm still wondering what possible significance the Chad/Raj IP coincidence (unearthed earlier by Admin) may hold. Why was it dismissed so quickly? A layman's explanation from one of our more erudite mavens here would be greatly appreciated.

Another thingy...If chad wanted to be anonymous. Why didnt he post at MUFON then? Its made very clear on their site that he could post anonymous without any further obligations.Im 500% sure that he visited that site if he was looking for info on the net.But no,Chad had to use weird phrases in the searchengine to end up with c2c.Rational?Logic?

Debunk me and ill stfu up

I have to agree with you. Astro. The problem seems to be a lack of critical thinking ability which leads to trite and superficial, faith-based and irrational analysis. In an open forum, however, mediocre minds have equal rights. Your point about Chad's reporting options is well taken and leads me, too, to question the veracity of his story- or at least his judgment. Don't stfu- we need your here.

Since we are all of mediocre minds, according to you. Then step up to the plate and show us how it is done.

One line phrases and short outbursts' sure don't add very much on your side smokey.
