I certainly hope there is another explanation as the choice of replacement pic is indicative of a sick soul.

If Raj is concerned about copyright issues, he can be assured that there are many honorable people at this forum that would attest to his rights to any monetary gain from the commercial publishing of these pictures. If an infringement were to occur, and upon request from Rajman, OM Forum would write and call the publisher.

Greetings,

Well much is afoot I see. Then again, a foot is a very interesting thing...

Here's the updated image of the symbols from the rajCraft:

A lot of new detail was available in the high-res images. However, I still can't work out the 5th symbol from the top left (rightwards). It may be the same as the first symbol on the bottom left. Also the third symbol may be actually joined to the 2nd. However the F-like character stands out quite clearly.

Some of these symbols improve on the impressions available from the chadCraft (the X-like symbols, particularly), however I will probably leave that set largely unchanged for now.

LOL! I notice the first two are F. U. ! I hope that's not a sign!

And Jake, the third one is obviously a J ! LOL!

With anyone able to upgrade Raj's Flickr account, it probably wasn't difficult for the hacker! Was it even password protected?

Shame some loser has to be that much of a immature child! I'm sure some of you true believers are going to find this very suspicious and may even think it was done to hide some kind of truth.....but the truth is someone reading this board found out the flickr account wan't secure and decided to hack it because it had an audience. No more intrigue than that in my book.

Good job saving those Jake! I had downloaded only one image to research the text so I'm glad you saved them all!

Three Cheers for Jake....Hip hip hoooray!! ;)

Which version of photoshop do you use? I could use standard resizing. I'll look into it.

By the way Jake, the exact same thought crossed my mind. That it was someone who visits here.

Then again it oculd have been Raj. Who knows. 2 hrs is mighty fast for a hacker to be so motivated.

Flickr accounts require a password, but if he didn't use a good one then it may not have been too difficult to do.

anyone have some spare server space and bandwidth?

free images hosting services tend to frown on a 7mb animated .gif.

My first impression (see page 63) the upper structure – bunch of antennas – were rotating seems to be wrong, seeing this new stereo reconstruction. This was due to the lack of detail in the first set of pictures and the changing shadows on the structure. It tilted a little so the shadows are messing up this stereo reconstruction a little but are giving us a good impression of the exact shape. For the record: this reconstruction is saying NOTHING about the real dimensions!!!

The structure underneath made me wonder if this could be some kind of docking system we know from the Space Shuttle and ISS and remember, only this one has this structure underneath. This panels could be retractable of course.

No. I would not jump to that conclusion. I think more likely flickr has terrible security. Why don't you report this here:

You can open up a divshare account at divshare.com

They don't seem to have size restrictions...as long as the gif is not 200mb.
