We did it to keep 'serpo' alive to it's conclusion ( for now! lol! ) - and we'll do it again if necessary - this is potentially too big a story to let a few cheap-witted clowns spoil it for everyone else.

Anyone who wants to 'hound' or keep repeating questions over and over (whether they are answered to their satisfaction or not) will find themselves welcome at various other places on the internet.

But not here.

With all due respect Admin,
There are several questions that should be answered sooner rather than later in order to help verify this as authentic.
Not trying to hound poor Raj but would really like to clear up a few details that IMO can either make or break his case!

We are lucky to get Raj here in the first place - he now has the chance to do this in his own time, when *he* feels like it.

Sorry, if you are impatient - but that's the way it is!

We've been pretty much right about how to play things in the past - and I don't see any reason to change that protocol now! :D ;)

I knew it i knew it and it moves like a water skeeter bug too. weird

Can someone hyperlink a video of how a bug moves over water? I have an idea, but it would be a great visual of how this thing may move. This way Raj can also give us a better description of its movements.

independently moving parts are what led me to try this:

i wonder how "transformer" like it is:

which leads me to a question, should the people doing image analysis be keeping at least some information back for the time being?

Thanks to the recent image comparison, it prompted me to go a bit further with comparison between Chad and Raj images:

Another indication that the Chad and Raj images are not duplicate CG.

I rotated both fins to the same angle, then normalized the length of the Raj image to the same as the Chad image. All measurements are ratios of the major fin length. You can clearly see that at least the last-fin in the Raj image (below) is smaller than the Chad image last-fin (above).

My analysis is based on image approximation of zoomed in areas, but I think you can see that the error between lengths is quite obvious. I am also fairly confident that no 3D rotation of these flat fins will produce such variances.

I don't mind making some conjecture that the "writing" may imply custom pieces.

I am in the "Open" camp and believe that if more people see the image analysis then they can do their own comparisons on the original images to come to their own conclusions. Who knows how many new people will come by here later to help, making them struggle to find things we kept secret will only slow down the progress.

Imitators trying to duplicate these objects will surely come in the future, there is no stopping that. And for that reason I think that each new sighting should be scrutinized as much as these ones.

I tend to agree with otf on this one. We are here to openly discuss and analyze the information presented to us.

And you guys are doing a FANTASTIC job of it! ;D

I thought so, even with the naked eye, you could see not only size detail variations, but many others. And, yes, fences, good job.

Here is a reasonably good one. I'm sure there are better ones out there.

shads, i see what your saying about the newspaper thing, and yes it's a good idea. but it's possible that is not going to prove anything. they could easily lie and say he never contacted them. if the gov said to hush up, thats what they will do. and lets face it, the gov did say that and is saying it. i'm guessing close a million people have seen these photos now, and still no media coverage? riiiiight ::)

i'm trying to find a link that i lost. it was an article on some official news site that stated in around 2003(i think) that iran and iraq were having a large amount of ufo sightings. this official news source stated that the US gov claimed these "ufo sightings" to merely be... *drumroll*... DRONES - used for "surveillence" to look for WMD.

this is all really twisted and confusing, that's all i know.

Hi Raj,

I went out because the weather was getting to be pretty warm and when I returned and got into the OM forum, I read your latest account (Reply #1245) which was absolutely fascinating - first eye-witness report.

I could imagine how you felt at the time when you confronted the unknown object in the sky and how to get the images into your camera before it rapidly flew away.

Thank you so much for this fabulous account written in a very precise manner. You do have a good command of the English language and good sense of humour...! Please keep it up and will look forward to hearing from you again.

Cheers,
Greatwaller ;D

This is bugging the heck out of me, and i bet this was discussed on page 30. This is about the image of the drone in the last animated sequence. Isn't part of the drone underneath the telephone wire? It looks like the wire is going through an opening in the object. Please forgive my remedial question
