I have a question for the mods.
Have any of you that have been in contact with Raj expressed to him the importance of this? Is he aware that if this did in fact happen as he claimed it could be the "smoking gun" that could blow the lid off disclosure? Also, does he know that if he can verify this event and himself as credible the $$$$ that can be made? I mean lets face facts, that original memeory card (if it is legit and exists) is worth BooKu bucks!!!

Edit to add: Have you received the original pics yet?

In response to Nemo492--if you look at the photos posted with the woman's MUFON report, they are some of the identical photos that Chad sent to C2C. I think it's the same sighting. He mentions his wife's cell phone photos, which she posts to MUFON. I think it is the same sighting or the same couple.

And by the way, has anyone heard any more from Chad?

In the MUFON report, the lady says they were renting the cabin for the weekend, didn't know the neighbors. But then Chad says to C2C, "Most of the time I see it out of windows in my house..." and he goes on to say that his friend and many neighbors have seen it.

I don't think we're talking about two different reports. We're talking about two sets of photos from the same husband and wife. The cell phone photos supposedly taken in April near a cabin in Tahoe, but the other photos taken later by Chad and his friend on a walk presumably near his home. By the way, I don't think Chad mentions a cabin in Tahoe, he just says they saw it while taking a walk, which is different than the woman's story.

Is it just me or does the story not add up? If the MUFON report is unrelated to the Chad sightings, then why are Chad's photos in there, and why does Chad mention cell phone photos?

@whoopeddog:
The first picture in this thread is the cellphone photo from Chad. He took the better pictures another day.
The tahoe pictures came in days later from a different source. I guess mufon is messing up the evidence. Check the beginning of this thread for the real story.

good question. mufon's database does include the 2 tahoe cell phone photos and 3 of chads; picture20.jpg, scannedimage-2.jpg and scannedimage.jpg (the original file names pre-c2c).

while waiting for raj's higher res photos...

chad:

"The craft is almost completely silent...It is almost totally silent but not quite. It makes kind of "crackling" noises. It's hard to describe them but they are only intermittent and not very loud, but you can notice them. Sometimes there is a very slight hum that sounds kind of mechanical, almost like when you are near very large power lines. But it is nothing loud like a jet engine, it is very quiet for the most part...Like I said, it sounds like power lines if you get close enough to it"

tahoe wife:

"It didn't make any noise except for a very, very faint sound that is hard to describe but sounded like something vibrating...Then we asked him if he heard any weird noise and tried to describe it as best we could, and he said he might have but he wasn't sure."

rajman1977:

"I didn't hear it make a lot of noise aside from some very faint pops and snapping sounds. Definitely no "engine noises". But I could "feel" something that was like when a car next to you at a red light is blasting the bass. It was like a vibrating I could feel in my chest. Nothing unpleasant or painful though."

Please make it easy for Raj to disclose the facts of his experience.

By screaming hoax would not help the situation and which would, in fact, discourage the "disclosist" to keep quiet.

Let's hope that Raj who is reading the adverse posts would not feel offended.

In the least, we should thank Admin who has been instrumental in bringing Raj, the author of those amazing pictures onto our forum.

Patience is virtue and please don't let me see you swallowing your words later.

No pun intended, pal. I am dead serious and I am waiting patiently like anyone else for further disclosure to unfold...!

Cheers,
Greatwaller ;D

Jed,

I think that since Raj has bravely come forward it is no longer appropriate for established members to continue screaming hoax. They are free to think it but why continue to harp on it here? That is the same thing as calling Raj a liar. Wouldn't that be considered biting the hand that feeds us? Raj has went out on a limb for us and deserves our respect.

Raj's presence here is greatly appreciated and he shall be treated with the utmost respect but his presence doesn't necessarily imply that the whole case is true. It lends it some credence, sure, but even hoaxers can register and post in a forum. I'm not point blank saying Raj is a hoaxer, just pointing out that all the cards are not yet on the table as far as I am concerned.

Hi jeddyhi,

Can one of you guys talk to Raj's fiance or her parents (with their permission of course) over the phone about the whole thing?

We got to do it quick b4 they forget the smaller details.

Also, I know Raj will miss my question but please ask him to take some photos of the locations (or positions) where he stood and took 6 photos of the drone.

thank you so much ;)

GW i dont think anyone is screaming hoax at this point. We are simply stating the obvious.

Yes thanks to admin for getting Raj here.

Raj, nothing personal is intended by our remarks, but you have to understand the gravity of your experience. These are by far the greatest pictures ever taken of an Unidentified Flying Object and we all want to believe your story....but please help us out by answering the important questions that have yet to be answered. Once we can verify your story then we can concentrate on the investigation of this remarkable craft!
Thanks
Shads

I know of the hum that they describe because I have heard it before. Power lines rarely make this noise.

There is a surprising amount of detail in these images. If it is computer generated, then presumably someone put a *lot* of time into them. I don't think it's reasonable to compare the amount of detail with what is on "demonstration" images made by Saladfingers and others. Does anyone really expect someone with those skills to spend potentially hundreds of hours perfecting a match just to satisfy die hard believers here? Would they ever be satisfied with any such demonstration? I think not.

Edited for caffeine deficiency driven typos.

I don't think I ever expected to convince anyone either way. I created the model, the images, and the videos out of self interest. I just decided to share them. I find it interesting because I am teaching myself better ways of making convincing CG images.

I've had quite a few 'well done, slap on back for debunking this nonsense' type messages that I don't really appreciate. As the forum name suggests, I do actually have an open mind. I'm settled on my current opinion, but I'm still very willing to change my mind if the validity of eye witnesses and/or further images ring true.

If this did turn out to be real, I'd be more likely to say it is black op/military. The writing underneath is for the spectator to see... a kind of disinformation to convince the world it is from another planet. The same reasoning behind the writing if it was a hoax.

Lets see what Raj has to say.

Cheers

Kris

Kudos to you, and all you have contributed towards resolving this.

I agree with your choice of possible candidates - I suggested this right at the beginning. My immediate impressions of it were that it was evidently 'OK' for people to see it. Otherwise, you can be sure, it would *not* be there. And given the 'writing,' the 'finder'( if it were to ever 'crash' :o ) would most likely take it back to the military for further analysis. 'Clingkatanga' language would serve as a very good 'camouflage' if it is military. ;) '

At the rate things are going, I mean the enthusiasim on Raj's photos, I believe he could be overwhelmed or even swamped by the questions directed at him.

Perhaps we ought to enlist the expert help of our mods to compile an important list of important and interesting questions and then put forward to Raj to answer as he sees fit or in his leisure.

By doing so, we would neither overwhelm or confuse Raj as to which are the questions from our general membership that require straight forward answers.

Please bear me out...as I am as eager as anybody to see the successful conclusion to this unknown riddle.

Thanks, pals.

Here is the sounds from the wiki article in (the archiac) MP3 format.

Make sure to download and play back the file. (do not use the play button or it will sound odd and different.)

Is this similar to what you heard?

Hi Shad,

I agree readily with your comment and I am not singling you out as saying hoaxing. Please don't get me wrong, pal.

Rather, I am directing at those who are so impatient to get the issue over with. Imagine if you will, if Raj is not located or he refused flatly to come on to answer questions.... As the Chinese saying goes: "When one has bagged the deer, one would find a way to extract the valuable horns...!" By the same token, extraordinary questions demand extraordinary, but patient waiting, questions in due time.

No hard feelings, Shad, as I don't mean to be disrespectful nor directing my commentary at you...! ;D

Cheers,
Greatwaller ;D

I agree with you GW.

I think it takes some mighty big jingle berries to do what Raj has done. :)

Good things come to those who wait.
